The shipping deadline for UPS is 2:30 PM Pacific.
The shipping deadline for FEDEX is 3:00 PM Pacific.
All orders received after these deadline
times will be shipped the following business day.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM
to 4 PM Pacific excluding holidays.
We do not ship via US Postal Service.
Shipping Address:
We
require a complete street address for delivery.
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Carriers:
For all domestic orders, UPS
is our
primary carrier. We can also use Federal Express at your request. For all international orders,
Federal Express is our primary carrier.

Drop Ship:
In most cases, we can drop ship to
your customer at no additional cost.
APO/FPO:
We
ship to most APO / FPO
addresses.

Shipping Errors:
When
shipping
displays as "Best
Way Ground"
for the shipment method, this is an
error and the
price is incorrect.
USA customers
pay less for Ground than
what is displayed. We
will contact you with
the corrected amount.
International customers need to
choose a different
shipping method. If your
order is submitted with
the Best Way Ground
shipping method, we will contact
you to get your approval
for additional funds
required for
International shipping.
In Stock/Ship When?
When will my online order be
shipped?
Most orders are processed and
shipped on the order date.
When an online order is
submitted, all of our sales
personnel receive a "new order
alert" within five minutes. From
that point, on a typical work
day your order will be processed
for shipping within 1 to 4
hours. Often, we receive and
ship an order in just 10
minutes.
Shipping Deadline:

your package at pick up time,

What happens when the products I
order are not in stock?
If
the products you order are not
in stock, we will attempt to
contact you as soon as possible
to inform you of the situation
and provide you with options and
alternative solutions based on
your requirements. We will do
our best to minimize and avoid
shipment delays.

Is
there a chance that it might
take more than 24 hours to
process my order?
The vast majority of online
orders we receive are processed
and shipped the same day we
receive them. However, there are
times when it does take more
time to process orders.
Possibilities include
excessively high order traffic
days, internet and email
outages, and power outages. We
strive to meet the needs of our
customers but sometimes we are
at the mercy of the weather or
other things beyond our control.
You can be confident that during
those times we are doing
everything possible to process
your order and give you the best
customer service that we can.
Returns:
Return Policy:
Please be
sure that you are ordering the right products. If unsure, research our web page for
detailed photos and descriptions. If still unsure, please contact us for help.
Returns must be accomplished within 30 days of order date.
Please call or email for a return authorization number (RMA). All returns are subject to a 15% or $5.00
minimum restocking fee.
Custom cables, special orders, and clearance items, are non-returnable.
Shipping, handling, and return fees are non-refundable.
Damaged products are non-returnable.
All returns must be received with all original
packaging. Failure to return the original packaging could result in a "No
Refund" situation.
All sales are final on clearance items.

addresses.

Warranty:
Computer Cable Makers Inc. warrants
most of its products to be free from defect
in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. Any products that have a
warranty other than one year
will have a warranty statement
on it's individual product page. At our discretion, we will replace
or repair the defective product within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover
abuse or misuse of our products. Freight charges may apply. No other warranties are
expressed or implied. Under no circumstances shall Computer Cable Makers Inc. be
responsible or liable for any incidental or consequential damages or loss arising from the
use of its products.
